What if I’ve never worked with a coach before?

I had six kids, supported my husband through medical training, kept a full calendar, and did everything I thought I was supposed to do. From the outside, it looked like I was doing great. But inside, I felt irritable and stretched thin. I didn’t know how to feel better.
